Recently I've been using visual journaling as a way to empty out my mind, or to work with things that I feel stuck on. Creating a visual representation of how I feel has been so helpful in sparking insight...it gets my right brain/big picture thinking online instead of being caught in an analytical loop. And it’s freed me up to experiment and try new things, because my focus has been on whatever theme I'm exploring instead of how it looks. Here’s one of my recent sketches. On a rest day from a recent backpacking trip, I went looking for one of my friends at our campground. I searched all the logical spots, but couldn’t find her. Eventually I realized that I hadn’t checked in with myself to see where I should look! 🙃 As soon as I took a moment to ask my intuition, I knew exactly where she was–and found her right away.

I started studying intuitive arts in high school, and over the past two decades I’ve apprenticed with energy healers in different traditions. I’ve always drawn on intuition in my work as a coach, and have offered intuitive readings to friends and family for years. Now I’m excited to extend that service to you! ✨
